He is passionate about helping others in seeking continuous improvement by providing cutting-edge training and education. John’s definition of success is seeing those that he has trained, mentored, and inspired to become great leaders themselves. He desires that these leaders inspire other firefighters to do the same—thus having a positive ripple effect on the fire service.
